Shipping policy

All ZlideOn orders are shipped from fulfilment centres within the European Union. Below you will find where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

Countries we ship to

European Union: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden.

United Kingdom.

We do not currently deliver to any other country. If your country is not on the list above, no shipping option will be available at checkout. We review the list regularly and it may change.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and your order. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm and pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Most orders are sent as a tracked shipment and normally arrive 2–3 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.

Some items are still sent as a standard letter without tracking. These normally arrive 2–7 business days after dispatch, and no tracking link is provided for them. The delivery method and estimated delivery time that apply to your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.

During peak periods delivery may take slightly longer.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped with all EU taxes settled — there are no additional customs charges. Orders to the United Kingdom and other destinations outside the EU may be subject to import VAT, duties or handling fees under the rules of the destination country. Any such charges are set by the local authorities and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before you place your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a new shipping fee may apply.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order was sent with tracking and the tracking has not updated for 5 business days, please contact us at info@zlideon.se.

If your order was sent as an untracked letter and has not arrived within 14 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@zlideon.se and we will help you.

Returns

Returns and your right of withdrawal are described in our Refund policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
