Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, use the Withdraw from contract button on your order status page (linked in your order confirmation email) or in your customer account at account.zlideon.com, or email us at info@zlideon.se with your order number. We will confirm your withdrawal by email.

EU customers: please send the item back within 14 days of your withdrawal to:

Please write your order number on or inside the envelope. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost, to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you have sent it.

UK customers: you do not need to send the item back. Once we have confirmed your withdrawal, we refund you and you may keep the item.

Wrong size

We do not offer free exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, you can use your right of withdrawal as described above and place a new order for the correct size. Our size guide helps you choose the right ZlideOn before you order.

Defective or incorrect items

If your ZlideOn is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at info@zlideon.se with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement free of charge — you do not need to return the faulty item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method you used for your order. Please allow a few extra business days for your bank to process the payment.
