Shipping policy

All ZlideOn orders are shipped from fulfilment centres within the European Union, and from the United Kingdom for UK orders. Below you find where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

Countries we ship to

European Union: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden.

United Kingdom.

We do not currently deliver to other countries. If your country is not on the list, no shipping option will be available at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and your order. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. All orders are sent as tracked shipments, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

• Germany and the United Kingdom: normally 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Other EU countries: normally 3–5 business days after dispatch

During peak periods delivery may take a little longer.

Customs and import charges

EU orders are shipped from within the EU and UK orders from within the UK, with all taxes settled. There are no additional customs charges.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you; a new shipping fee may apply for re-delivery.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@zlideon.se and we will help you.
