A broken tent zipper doesn't mean a broken tent. With ZlideOn, you can replace the slider in minutes — no sewing, no tools, no specialist needed.

Remove the old slider
Slide the broken slider off one end of the zipper chain. If a stopper block is in the way, gently open it with a flat tool or needle-nose pliers to slide past. You don't need to remove the stopper entirely.
Open your ZlideOn slider
ZlideOn uses a patented hinge mechanism — press the side tabs to open the slider body fully. No tools are needed. The two halves will separate to clip onto the chain.
Clip onto the zipper chain
Position the open ZlideOn over the zipper teeth with the pull tab facing outward. If your tent zipper is open, cross the two sides of the chain slightly before attaching — this helps align the teeth.
Press to close
Press both sides of the ZlideOn firmly together until you hear or feel it click shut. The hinge snaps into place, locking the slider onto the chain.
Zip up to align
Pull the slider up at least 10 cm on the first zip. This seats the teeth correctly inside the new slider. If it feels stiff, keep going — it loosens as the teeth align.
Test the full length
Zip the full door or panel open and closed twice. Your tent zipper should now operate smoothly. ZlideOn is made from durable zinc and steel — built for the conditions your tent sees.
Repair, don't replace. Fixing a zipper with ZlideOn is an eco-friendly choice — saving the CO₂ and water that goes into producing a new tent or jacket. ZlideOn sliders are made in Europe to strict quality standards and designed to last.
